Terms of Service
Effective date: January 5, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeMe.app (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Dimitris Vainanidis ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About the Service
LifeMe.app is a web application that helps you plan, organize, and track aspects of your life (such as goals, routines, projects, and personal reflections). The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
Eligibility and capacity
You may use the Service only if you can legally form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Your account
Some features may require you to create an account and sign in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content and data
You may submit content to the Service, including text, notes, goals, tasks, and other information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it. Do not upload anything that infringes another party's rights or that is unlawful.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not: (a) break the law or violate others' rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service (including by introducing malware, abusive automation, or excessive requests); (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law; (e) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others; or (f) use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
Plans, subscriptions, and billing
The Service may offer two plans: Free and Premium. Premium is an annual subscription with paid features. The current price, taxes (if applicable), and billing terms are shown to you at the time of purchase.
Premium subscriptions may renew automatically on an annual basis unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel Premium to avoid future renewals; cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you may keep access to Premium features until that period ends.
No refunds: payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.
Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, authentication, and payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or practices.
Intellectual property
The Service and its underlying software, design, text, graphics, and other materials (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.
Availability, changes, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update or modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated version on this page). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
LifeMe.app does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Any information or tools provided through the Service are for general informational and organizational purposes only.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you have not paid anything.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
